Northern heat
Monterrey, Chihuahua, Mexicali
Long summers above 40°C shorten the working time of two-component resins. Cool the resin and stone before mixing and lay early in the morning; once cured, the binder will not soften in the heat.
Why TerraTight Mexico
From 40°C summers in Nuevo León to salt air on the Caribbean coast, Mexican surfaces take a beating. Our binders and sealants come straight from the factory that formulates them, with the technical data to use them properly.
One country, four climates
A walkway in Monterrey and a pool deck in Tulum fail for different reasons. Here is how TerraTight products are chosen and applied for each.
Northern heat
Long summers above 40°C shorten the working time of two-component resins. Cool the resin and stone before mixing and lay early in the morning; once cured, the binder will not soften in the heat.
Coast & Caribbean
Salt air and humidity attack loose stone and joints. TerraTight Epoxy stays chemically stable even in long-term seawater immersion, which suits pool decks and seafront paths.
Rainy season
Afternoon downpours from late spring to autumn leave water standing on sealed paving. Resin bound surfaces drain straight through, and our sealant protects azoteas before the rains arrive.
High-altitude sun
At over 2,000 metres, UV exposure is intense. TerraTight PU is formulated against yellowing and the Waterproof Sealant uses UV-stable resins, so finishes stay clear and true to colour.
Factory-direct
Resin systems in Mexico often pass through an importer, a distributor and a retailer before reaching site. Buying from TerraTight Mexico removes those margins and keeps pricing predictable for quotes.
Every product is made by Guangzhou GBS, a resin manufacturer since 2001 with more than 30 patents and ISO 9001 production, and has already been used on public parks, villas and coastal projects.
Mixing ratios, working times and curing times are published for each product, and our team helps you plan around weather and surface conditions before you start.

Who is behind it
TerraTight Mexico is operated by FINICS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V., based in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. We sell and support TerraTight products for customers across Mexico.
The same products are sold in the United Arab Emirates by our sister operation, where TerraTight resin-bound products are approved by the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi. That track record in one of the world's hottest climates is a large part of why we brought the range to Mexico.

We deliver to addresses in Mexico. The delivery charge for your postal code is shown at checkout before you pay, and your order confirmation shows the estimated delivery time. For volume and palletised orders, we quote delivery with the materials.
Yes, if you plan around the weather. Surfaces must be dry, and TerraTight Ease and the Waterproof Sealant need about 24 hours without rain after application. In much of central Mexico the storms come in the afternoon, so a morning application after a dry night usually works. Two-component resins must stay completely dry until they cure.
It does a different job. Traditional elastomeric coatings cover the roof in an opaque red or white layer. TerraTight Waterproof Sealant is clear, so it is the right choice where you want to keep the surface visible: tiled terraces, brick, stone, exposed concrete and facades. Tell us about your roof and we will advise which approach fits.

Yes. Both regions sell products made by the same GBS factory. TerraTight Mexico handles sales, pricing, delivery, invoicing and support in Mexico, while TerraTight UAE serves the Emirates from Dubai.
