This policy explains how orders placed on mx.terratight.com are delivered. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Mexico. The online checkout accepts Mexican addresses only. For deliveries to other countries, please visit TerraTight UAE or contact us.

2. Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include IVA.

Trade, volume and palletised orders are delivered on the terms agreed in your quotation.

3. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time for your order is shown in your order confirmation. Deliveries to remote areas, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays, can take longer. If anything delays your order, we will let you know.

4. Receiving your order

• Enter a complete address, including colonia and postal code, and a mobile number we can reach.
• Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, note this with the courier if possible and tell us within 7 days.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, please have the full amount ready for the courier.
• Store resins, sealants and adhesives indoors, in a cool, dry place out of direct sun.

See our Returns & Warranty Policy. When a delivery problem is our fault, we cover the cost of putting it right.
