Concrete and pavers hold water at the gate every rainy season. A resin bound driveway lets it soak through, keeps stones locked under car tyres and looks like natural stone.

Walkways & patios
Smooth enough for strollers and wheelchairs, with no loose gravel to rake back and no weeds between pavers. Ideal for shared paths in residential developments and private patios.

Gravel & xeriscape gardens
Low-water gardens with gravel, fine tezontle and sand are increasingly common, especially in the north. Wind, rain and pets scatter them. TerraTight Ease sprays on clear and holds stones up to 5 mm in place while water still drains.
System: TerraTight Ease rock glue, sprayed undiluted on paths or diluted 1:2 on decorative beds.

Pools, hotels & water features
Resort decks in Quintana Roo and Baja California Sur need a surface that drains fast, stays slip-resistant when wet and copes with salt air. Our binders remain stable even when permanently submerged.
System: TerraTight PU or Epoxy for decks and pool floors; Epoxy Wall for pool and aquarium walls.

Azoteas, terraces & wet areas
Tiled terraces, brick, stone and exposed concrete lose their character under an opaque coating. The clear Waterproof Sealant seals hairline cracks and joints and leaves the original finish visible.
System: Transparent Waterproof Sealant, two thin coats by brush or roller, 24 hours dry before rain.

Facades & feature walls
Epoxy Wall bonds real stone to walls at 4 to 7 parts aggregate to 1 part resin. For lighter finishes, our sand paint, 1.5–2 mm quartz texture and water-based micro-cement systems cover facades and interiors.
System: Epoxy Wall, or a primer, two main coats and a protective topcoat for textured finishes.

Dust control & unpaved roads
Ranch access roads, construction sites and parking areas on compacted soil turn to dust in the dry season. TerraTight Stabilizer penetrates more than 5 cm and binds the particles, without excavation and without harming nearby plants.
System: TerraTight Stabilizer (CPA6000), diluted 1:3–1:4, sprayed, compacted and top-coated.

Plan at least 24 hours without rain after application, and avoid the hottest hours in summer.
Resin bound needs a stable base. Dust, mud and oil weaken any bond, so clean first.
