These Terms & Conditions apply when you use mx.terratight.com and when you buy TerraTight products from it. By placing an order you accept them. They do not limit any right you have under the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

2. Product information

• Descriptions, datasheets and coverage figures are given in good faith. Real results depend on surface preparation, weather, aggregate and application, so always test a small area first.
• Photos show typical results; natural stone and finishes vary in colour and texture.

3. Prices and taxes

• Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include IVA unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you and you may cancel with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

5. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Where cash on delivery is offered, the full amount is paid to the courier on delivery. For trade and volume orders, other payment terms can be agreed in writing.

6. Invoices (CFDI)

If you need a CFDI electronic invoice, email info@terratight.com within the calendar month of your purchase with your order number, RFC, legal name, tax regime, fiscal postal code and CFDI use.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Mexico. Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations, returns and warranty

Your right to cancel and our product warranty are explained in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

9. Safe use of the products

TerraTight products are construction and landscaping chemicals. Read the label and datasheet before use, wear gloves and eye protection, keep products away from children and pets until cured, and dispose of containers according to local regulations. We are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions. Except where the law does not allow it, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Intellectual property

The TerraTight name and logo, product names, text and images on this website are protected. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, without prejudice to your right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
