Returns & Warranty Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order, how returns work and what our product warranty covers. It complements our Terms & Conditions and does not limit your rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

1. Your right to cancel

Because you buy online, you can cancel your purchase within 5 business days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, as provided for in the LFPC for distance sales.

• Tell us by emailing info@terratight.com with your order number.
• Return the products in the condition you received them, unused and with their seals intact.
• As the law provides, freight and insurance costs for returning the products are paid by you.
• We refund the price you paid using the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name.

2. Products that arrive damaged or incorrect

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover the return shipping.

3. Warranty against manufacturing defects

TerraTight products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. A manufacturing defect means, for example, a sealed container with the wrong consistency, a damaged inner seal or product that does not cure when used according to the instructions.

The warranty does not cover results affected by surface preparation, application outside the recommended temperature or humidity, incorrect mixing ratios, rain or water contact before curing, or use for purposes other than those described on the product page and datasheet.

4. How to make a warranty claim

1. Email info@terratight.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos.
2. Keep the container and its batch label until we have reviewed your claim.
3. We will reply with a solution: replacement, refund or technical guidance if the issue relates to application.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you can contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
